The registration period for the BCC has now ended, and registration is closed. The following information might still be useful:

Full delegate registration includes 5 nights accommodation, all meals, teas/coffees, the proceedings, a reception on Monday evening and the conference banquet on Thursday. The non-residential rate includes lunches, teas/coffees, the proceedings, the reception and the banquet but will not include breakfasts or other evening meals. PhD students are offered a discounted rate of £100 on the full residential rate. If you are retired and are self-funding your registration, you could also register at the PhD rate.

Extra nights of accommodation (plus breakfast) are also available if your travel plans require this. For non-attending spouses, we offer an option which includes breakfasts, evening meals (including the reception and banquet) and 5 nights of shared accommodation.

We are offering a day rate to attend the conference (£85 per day, for no more than two days). This rate includes registration for that day, coffee breaks and lunches. It does not include accommodation, other meals or the evening events.

We are organising a conference trip to Windsor on Wednesday afternoon. This trip is not included in the conference fee. There are many alternative options available to participants, including the opportunity to explore the wealth of cultural events in London or some of the beautiful local countryside. We will provide some suggestions, and advice on public transport, closer to the time of the conference.
